When we develop custom software or applications for you:

  • Unless otherwise agreed in writing, you will own the intellectual property rights to the custom code we develop specifically for you once full payment has been received.
  • We retain ownership of pre-existing code, frameworks, and tools that we use in your project.
  • We may use general knowledge, skills, and experience acquired during your project in future work.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual agreements or proposals provided to you. Unless otherwise stated:

  • We require a deposit before commencing work.
  • Final payment is due upon completion of the project.
  • For ongoing services, payment is due according to the schedule specified in your agreement.
  • Late payments may incur additional fees.

6. Links To Other Web Sites

Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by Barecode Limited.

Barecode Limited has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party web sites or services.
